I don’t know about you but I enjoy seeking out new opportunities and experiences and creating new memories. That is exactly what happened during the fieldtrip to Brazil- Rio de Janeiro, Manaus- Amazon. I got the opportunity to visit many noteworthy tourist attractions like the renowned (Christ the Redemer), which is most likely on the bucket list of many people.

During this experience many words came to mind, with the two that stuck out the most being blessed and privileged that through this master course we were able to work on a project for sustainable tourism for social development in the Amazonas. 

Unfortunately, this trip wasn’t going to last forever and it got to a close with an overwhelming experience at Samsung’s head office of design located at Manaus. We got to witness first-hand how big of an impact VR technology and innovation has. I was deeply inspired by this experience and even more so when we presented our concept for the sustainable Tourism for social development project for the Amazonas yesterday. The presentation took place in front of many stakeholders and the Samsung team. In one simple word this experience was amazing.

We came up with a great concept and which was ultimately entitled with being the best Imagineering design solution that even got us an award. This experience made me realize how many possibilities there are for us, which we aren’t really aware of. With hard work, passion and devotion for what you believe in will get you very far. Enclosing this, I wanted to simply say, muito obrigada Senhor. #thankfull
